It’s been already about two weeks since Im back from Germany, but I didnt have enough time yet to write a report on our Berlin-Drop Dead trip. So finally here’s the story of our awesome holiday in Berlin:)
Sightseeing
As for sightseeing, we saw interesting places in the city center likeAlexanderplatz, Branderburger Tor, Berliner Dom(Berlin Cathedral), Reichstag and Unter den Linden, but also East Side Gallery and Tacheles, that was really nice! We also went to The Ramones Museum, which was fun:)) And we walked alot through the city and took pics of whatever we liked.
Some tips for sightseeing:
(We didn’t have time to go everywhere, eventhough we’d love to..next time I go to berlin I have to see the rest ;) )
Branderburger Tor; Berliner Dom; Reichstag; Alexanderplatz; Unter den Linden; Molecule Man, East Side Gallery; Checkpoint Charlie; Topography of Terror; Tacheles; Grusselkabinet; Charlottenburg; The Ramones Museum; Schwules Museum; Madam Tussauds Museum
Shopping
As for shops, we have been to a few gothic shops, my favourite of those we visited could be Darkstore, Xtrax, Dunkelwelt and Noctemwear. Also Mystica has some nice stuff. I was abit dissapointed Vampiria is closed down and Plaste Elaste was not open for some reason, also we didnt find Blue Moon Shoes at Danziger Straße, maybe it is close down, too? We have also been to Location Crypt, which is quite small and expensive and doesnt have almost any accesories. Apart from gothic shops, I wanted to go to some Japanese shop, so we went to Neo Tokyo. Compared to the Neo Tokyo shop in Munich this one is really small and doesnt have a big choice of clothes and accesories, but at least there was some nice manga and cd’s.
